I have been working professionally as a graphic designer since 1974 when I began my career as an art director and designer for two small regional publications. Four years later, I was named Art Director at the national monthly publication, Bicycling Magazine.

In 1980, I set up the freelance graphic design business that I am still running today. I have worked with a myriad of clients representing a wide variety of industries in the Lehigh Valley and beyond. Throughout my career I have designed brochures, ads, newsletters, posters and logos for clients ranging in size from individuals and small businesses to larger community institutions and organizations.

Publication design, however, is my greatest strength as a designer. To be successful on large projects demands a much greater awareness of workflow and an ability to effectively manage teams. Having an extensive background in this field, I’ve learned from experience the value of production schedules and deadlines.

Even with the extensive portfolio I’ve built, every project presents a new opportunity to explore my creativity and discover something new. I always find great satisfaction in developing visual communication solutions and feel great fulfillment in rising to new challenges.
